What we collect, and where it goes.

What you give us for a free check: your name, email, and property address. Parcel number, what you paid for the home, and when you bought are optional.

If you buy the full service: we also collect your electronic signatures, your phone number, and your mailing address if it is different from the property. On purchase-based appeals we need your settlement statement, plus your appraisal or your written answer that none exists; we cannot file without them. Signatures and uploads carry an audit record (date, time, internet address, and browser) so we can prove they are real if anyone ever asks.

Who touches your data to do the work: Stripe handles payments; we never see your card number. Resend delivers our emails. We pull real sale prices through licensed real estate data access. Our website and storage run on Cloudflare, and we use government map services to find your county. On the full service, an AI writing tool helps draft your appeal and sees your name, address, and parcel, and your signed appeal goes to your county, because that is the product.

Ads: we run ads on Google. Google's measurement tool counts visits and purchases so we know which ads work. It never sees your address, your result, or your numbers.

What is public: your results page shows your property address and your result, so you can confirm it is your home. It never shows your name, your email, or any price you told us. Everything else sits in private storage.

Emails: if you qualify and do not buy, we send up to three reminder emails about your own check. Every one has a one-click stop link, and buying ends them. The "keep me posted" box is optional and covers only future updates.
