Terms

The deal, in plain words.

The free check is a free opinion of whether your home's county value looks high against real sales. It is an estimate, not a promise.

The evidence packet ($49, or $25 on a no-case verdict) is an information product: your comparable sales, your county record summary, prefilled county forms, and filing steps. You review it, you sign it, you file it. No refunds on information products.

The full service ($199) means we build your appeal, you sign it electronically, and we file and track it with your county as your authorized representative. We offer it only in counties where we can file as your representative. It comes with the refund promise on the refund page. Full-service sales close September 15, the county's filing deadline.

Filing with $0 down is the same full service with your card saved instead of charged. We charge the $199 only after the county lowers your value. If the county does not, you owe nothing.

Who we are and are not: We are a property tax appeal assistance service. We are not a law firm, not a licensed appraiser, and not affiliated with any county. Evidence we prepare consists of comparable sales information and price estimates for property tax appeal purposes under Utah Code 59-2-1017.

Your part: what you tell us and what you sign has to be true. The signatures you give are your own.

The county's part: savings figures are estimates; final values are set by the county. The deadline for 2026 appeals is September 15.

Our out: if we cannot serve your appeal properly, we will tell you and refund what you paid for it.
