A partial reduction counts as a win: it saves you money every year from now on, so it carries no refund.

Filed with $0 down? Nothing was charged, so there is nothing to refund. Your card is charged the $199 only after the county lowers your value. If we ever charge you by mistake, email us and it comes straight back.

How we check: we verify the outcome against the county's own record, never anyone's guess. Counties decide appeals in the fall. We confirm every decision against the county record before the year ends, and the refund then goes back the same way you paid.

The evidence packets ($49 and $25) are information products. Your packet lands in your email within 24 hours, usually much sooner. Once it is sent, it carries no refund.
